My name is Cesare Sacchetti and I am a journalist. In the past I have written for L’Antidiplomatico, Il Fatto Quotidiano and Libero Quotidiano. I decided to create this site to build a small space to publish news and opinions censored by the inquisition of political correctness and mainstream propaganda, the first responsible for the real ‘fake news’ back in the days of the Iraq war.

What we once considered vested and untouchable rights are no longer so. Freedom of the press and of opinion are in grave danger, and within a few years it will become increasingly difficult to share news and facts that the orthodox media consider inconvenient to the strong powers. Confirmation of this comes from the fact that anyone who dares to deviate from the dominant media line in favour of globalist and immigrationist ideology is automatically identified as an expression of Kremlin propaganda, and therefore no longer worthy of having an opinion that is not the only one accepted by the current regime.

To me, journalism means respecting the readers and putting before them the news and facts they are entitled to know. A Ministry of Truth that decides what is right or wrong for readers is something that can only exist in a totalitarian regime. This blog is not meant to be that, but a space where readers are free to form their own opinions without someone deciding for them.
